My House: Free Home Management Dashboard
My House is a free home management dashboard built into every Wildfire CityPages account. It gives homeowners a private, organized place to track upgrades, maintenance schedules, warranties, and utility contacts, covering every property they own. There is no subscription, no trial period, and nothing to buy.
My House is available to all registered CityPages users living within 50 miles of the Gateway Arch. Access it from any Wildfire CityPages community site at /myhouse or through the Real Estate menu.
What My House includes
-
🏠
Overview
A quick snapshot of the property including purchase date, purchase price, address, and the running total spent on upgrades.
-
🔨
Upgrades
A running log of completed home improvements organized by category: HVAC, Roof, Windows, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, Appliances, and more. Each entry captures the cost, completion date, notes, and warranty expiration. Approaching warranty dates are flagged automatically so nothing slips through the cracks.
-
📋
Wish List
A place to capture planned future projects with estimated costs so you can prioritize improvements and plan ahead financially.
-
🔧
Maintenance
A scheduling and logging tool for recurring tasks: furnace filter changes, gutter cleanings, annual inspections, and anything else that needs to happen on a schedule. Set an interval in days or choose a specific day of the month. My House sends automatic reminder emails when something is due, and logs every completed task with the date and notes, building a full maintenance history over time.
-
⚡
Utilities
A contact directory for all home service providers: power, water, gas, trash, cable and internet, lawn care, pest control, security, and more. One place to look up who to call, no matter who is in the house.
-
📄
Reports
With a single click, My House generates a clean, printable summary of the property's upgrade history, maintenance records, and utility contacts. The report is designed to serve as pre-sale documentation, giving prospective buyers a full, organized picture of how the home has been cared for.
Multiple properties supported
My House supports more than one property on the same account. Whether you own a primary home, a lake house, or an investment property, each one gets its own organized dashboard. Switch between properties from the top of the page.
Sharing your dashboard
My House is built for real households, not just individual users. Owners can invite a spouse, family member, business partner, or property manager to access the dashboard with either view-only or full edit permissions.
-
👁
View invite
The recipient can see all records without making changes. Good for a partner who wants visibility without taking on data entry.
-
✏
Edit invite
The recipient can add upgrades, log completed maintenance, and update utility contacts. A good fit for anyone actively helping manage the property.
Invitations are sent by email and can also be accepted directly from the recipient's own CityPages account, so access is straightforward to set up even if the original email gets buried.

"We built My House because homeownership comes with a lot of details that tend to end up on sticky notes, in old email threads, or just forgotten entirely. Having all of it organized in one place adds real value for homeowners and for anyone they want to bring into the loop on their property."
George Sykes, Founder, Wildfire CityPages & Designated Managing Broker, Worth Clark Realty
My House is one of several free tools available to Wildfire CityPages members. It is free because we believe that when residents have more reasons to use their local city site, the entire community benefits: more neighbors connecting, more local businesses getting seen, and more of what makes a neighborhood worth living in.
